Shipping

We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the US on orders over $35.

First class shipping usually takes 2-7 days for delivery from the date that we ship.  Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days for delivery. If you would like to make other arrangements for delivery, please contact us at (888) 998-8669.

We normally ship items the same or next business day after receipt. Products purchased with e-checks may be delayed pending clearing of payment.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, you can return items in "like new" condition within fourteen (14) days for a full refund.

Actual shipping charges may not be refunded. This includes orders which qualifies for free shipping. If your order qualifies for 'free shipping', and you return all or a return a portion of the order, actual shipping charges for that portion of your order may not be refunded.

We can not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We suggest using shipping methods that provide shipment tracking and delivery confirmation when returning items.
